• Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
• Registration requirement: To qualify for the prize draw, participants must register and pay by the early bird deadline.
• Entry limit: Each eligible participant is entitled to one entry in the prize draw.
• Winner selection: The winners will be chosen at random by the Congress Organising Committee.
• Prize details: The winners will each receive one roof climb experience at Adelaide Oval, valid for redemption from September 2025 for a duration of three years.
• Non-transferable prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Notification: The winners will be notified via email after the early bird deadline.
• Cancellation policy: If the winner/s cancels their registration after the prize draw, the experience will be reallocated to another eligible participant.
• Promotional consent: By entering the prize draw, individuals consent to the Congress Organisers using their name and entry for promotional purposes related to the Congress.
